You asked for my favorite spring trend on IG last week and I’d have to say I’ve been excited about ballet flats. I’m usually a loafers kinda person when it comes to wearing dressier flats but I have been wanting to try a ballet flat. I got this sweet pair which is unbelievably buttery soft and comfortable from Mytheresa and I love them so much I now want them in the cream as well. Which would be so pretty to wear with spring dresses or to just dress up your denim.
The strap across the top is so nice because it holds them on better than other slip-on flats I’ve tried in the past. The sole is thin but has a nice little cushion making them very comfortable to be on your feet for longer periods.
They were perfect for chasing Willow around the Crocker Art Museum and a few other dates we’ve been on this week while she’s on spring break! And I have to say I love the daintier / feminine look and feel of this ballet flat as a nice switch-up from a loafer.
