You know I’m all about the classics and curating a closet of wardrobe staples I can mix-and-match filled with pieces I love and can wear for years. Whenever the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale rolls around I think it’s a great time to snag some of these classic and investment pieces that you can then infuse with your own style and accessorize / make your own. I was asked by a few of you to share my edit from the sale and here’s what I think is worth buying if you’re in need of some of these upgrades. I usually love to snag my favorite beauty heroes at this time (a great time to try a product you’ve been wanting at discounted price) and I always snag my underwear during the NA sale. I also found some great stripes from La Ligne, cozy sweats from Eberjey, fall / winter staples from Vince and a gorgeous pin striped blazer from Nili Lotan (who makes my absolute favorite blazer that I own) to name a few. Also workout gear from Nike.
My beauty heroes worth snagging… Osea’s body butter and oil is my fave!, Jo Malone London hand soap and candles for your guest bathroom and home, Westman Atelier (love it all but especially the foundation and cheek sticks), Dr. Barbara Sturm’s serums (these are a pretty penny so I try to always scoop them up when I can find them on sale), Supergoop sunscreen and cult favorite, Augustinus Bader The Rich Cream.
