New York Looking Good (and Pretty Pumps)

View from Top of the Rock.
Remember when I mentioned I was feeling homesick? Well my parents paid me a visit last weekend and they were just the recharge I needed. I loved showing them our neighborhood, partaking in a few touristy attractions (including Top of the Rock which I had never done before and walking the Brooklyn Bridge), spending the afternoon in Central Park, indulging in delicious meals* and one too many glasses of wine, and the little things like showing them where we take our laundry and where my guy and I work.

I’m so happy they came and yes, sticky hot New York City I still love you.

New York Public Library.

Central Park.

Times Square (my Dad had to see it so we just quickly ran through).

And the white obsession continues with these pumps.
*since I always get questions / emails about restaurants in New York—if you have a group and are looking for a private room, or just a quaint date night spot—Palma in the West Village is a favorite for Italian food. The atmosphere is so cozy and I love the back patio too!
