There’s something about the morning light here in Sacramento. I swear it twinkles unlike any other city I’ve lived in. Maybe I just forgot what northern California air is like… but I dunno there’s something special and you can definitely tell in photos. I’ve been playing around with photography more this summer and while there’s still so much I have to learn I’ve been taking notes from the best, my girlfriend Michelle, who in my opinion captures light like no other! Sunshine just seems happier and softer in her photos… can you feel it too?
The summer heat is lingering, and so I’ve been reaching for easy dresses yet pairing them with boots for a laid back vibe.

I’m off to New York this morning and I can’t wait to be back! So many girlfriends, so little time… And I was bummed I couldn’t make it for fashion week this season so it will be nice to be in the city for market. Have a great weekend!
