While grocery shopping I spotted a woman who hands down should have been on the Sartorialist. I definitely stopped to stare while she choose her cut of meat at the deli counter.
{The boyfriend often nudges me “you’re staring again,” but he doesn’t realize this is what we do… us girls check each other out. It is not a matter of being rude, but instead a true compliment to have another girl take a double take of your outfit as you walk by.}
She had to be in her 70’s and just to give you an idea of what she looked like, please picture an Anna Wintour look-a-like (perfect bob and all) wearing a leather pencil skirt, black tights and pumps with oversized Chanel sunglasses. Stylish yet classy, with impeccable taste.

Second thought: I would kill to look that good and I’m less than 1/2 her age.
