This cozy striped sweater is the perfect neon / neutral mix, and thankfully a lot less reminiscent of ‘Where’s Waldo’ than I had originally thought. I added polka dots, a touch of leather, and a DIY necklace for a casual stroll through campus to grab an iced tea.
