Mini Moments

Moscato is having a moment at our place (we’ve been pairing it with spicier foods and take-out sushi).

One ‘high’ from this past week was our trip Upstate to see the changing leaves and pick apples (and pumpkins!) at a farm just an hour or so outside of the city. It’s funny, when I lived in San Francisco I could hop in my car and be in nature within 20 minutes. It’s something I definitely took for granted and although I love the city life and escaping the New York concrete is a bit more of a process, it’s completely worth it. Prancing around in nature, snacking on popcorn and apple cider donuts was exactly what I had been craving. This weekend I have very little on my calendar which makes me quite happy. I’m thinking this Sunday’s date will be a yummy brunch and a long, lingering walk. Do you have fun weekend plans?

The day I saw my celebrity crush: Jake Gyllenhaal. First time I was seriously star struck… those eyes!

Our mantel has become my second clothing rack. (PS: I will be giving away this amazing vintage Versace jacket next week in honor of Bib + Tuck’s official launch.)

Displaying our pumpkins in the fireplace.
