My guy and I caught up on Downton Abbey this past spring and were instantly hooked. It’s nice to have a show that we both enjoy and look forward to (I’m pretty sure we finished both the first and second season in a little over a week). My recent adventures across the pond gave me the urge to re-watch this drama-filled period piece (since the third season unfortunately won’t be out until next spring ~ although apparently a few episodes have been leaked) and this time around I plan to do so while sipping thematic cocktails. First up: Lady Sybil’s Pride.

Lady Sybil’s Pride
2 parts Plymouth Gin
¾ part Earl Grey Tea Infused Honey Syrup
¾ part Lemon Juice
1 egg white
¾ part Earl Grey Tea Infused Honey Syrup
¾ part Lemon Juice
1 egg white
Shake and serve up in coup (or in my case, a tea cup) with lemon express.
