I’m starting a new Friday column featuring an affordable ($25 and under) “find.” I’m kicking things off with two clutches you’ve actually seen earlier this week (here and here), but they’re both such great steals that I thought I would feature them again. I was happy to see that Target and Old Navy make it easy for me to play around with the neon trend.
