I fell in love with lilah b. months before even realizing they were based here, in Northern California. I’m big on supporting local as much as possible and so when they invited me to their Sausalito office I of course had to make an afternoon out of it. We lucked out with a warm winter day, the sun was shinning and the views did not disappoint. I love Sausalito so much as it reminds me of my childhood, visiting my Uncle in Marin. If I could move anywhere I would be there in a heartbeat.
As it got closer to lunchtime and my stomach started to growl I quizzed Cheryl on the must eat / see spots. When she said her favorite restaurant, a charming french bistro on the water, was within walking distance to their office it was a done deal. Plus my makeup was all “did” so I had to go out! My girlfriend Michelle and I ate indoors this time around as it was bit too brisk to sit outside but if you’re looking for a yummy outside dining spot once it warms up I would definitely recommend.
Additional Sausalito musts according to Cheryl: Fish for killer fish & chips on the water. Cavallo Point for brunch or drinks at Farley bar (also I’m dying to check out their spa). Cibo for coffee and pastries.
