After a long (and rainy) week this sunny, friend-filled weekend was so needed… and so fun. I’m sad it’s over but happy I have photos to share (some from instagram) and others from my camera—which I finally remembered to take out with me this weekend, yay.
Friday night my guy and I were treated to a special date night thanks to Kate Spade. We got to test out the new Kate Spade Saturday shopping window in Meatpacking and being the Silicon Valley tech nerds that we are (that’s where we met and went to college after all) we loved being guinea pigs. They wanted to show us that our items could be delivered to us anywhere in the city within the hour so we chose to have them delivered while we were out to dinner. Sure enough, a Kate Spade delivery girl showed up at OTTO searching for us in the restaurant (ha) with my bag of goodies even before our pizzas arrived. She was too cute (I’ve heard the delivery boys are especially cute all dressed up in their yellow attire… next time!). You guys should test out the touch screen window display too! Oh and OTTO was delicious. Pizza always hits the spot doesn’t it?
A few other weekend highs included celebrating two of my close girlfriends birthday’s, a walk along the West Side Highway, and rounding out Sunday with big bowls of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.
