Holiday Spirit {New York Photo Diary}

It’s only been a little over two months since we moved from NYC back to California, but I was already missing the city terribly and was happy to get the holiday city fix I had been craving this past week. Just seeing those festive store windows and Christmas tree-filled corners was the perfect way to kick off the month of December. My mom had never been to New York during Christmastime so she jumped at the chance to tag along and we managed to check everything off our to-do list that we had hoped in just a couple of days. An action packed mother-daughter trip to remember! Holiday shopping, check. Dining at a couple of my favorite spots in the old neighborhood (Cafe Gitane and Buvette), check. Rockefeller Christmas Tree lighting, check. Bergdorf Goodman holiday windows, check. And as a bonus, Vintage Chanel styling at Moda Operandi, check-check. I’m hoping I can make this a tradition and visit the city during the beginning of December every year! It really is the best.
