If there’s one fun color of denim to play around with this spring it’s a pretty sun-faded pink (also crushing on this skinny and this one, oh and this distressed high-rise boyfriend too). At first I wasn’t so sure, perhaps a bit too sweet? But all of the denim brands came out with their variation and somehow this new-to-me hue feels quite wearable and even rather cool. I’ve been on a serious pink kick since February by the way… that month really did it to me. This relaxed cropped style sits low on the waist making them extra comfy. (Since they’re a looser style I would recommend sizing down–I actually always size down in Citizens). It’s the perfect feminine update to my more distressed boyfriend styles. Also the sun came out this week and this pink and cream combination felt just right.
