I happen to love a cozy rainy day (when I’m prepared!)–because there’s nothing worse than getting caught in a shower without the right gear. All the rain we’ve been experiencing these past few weeks in Northern California sent me hunting for a new waterproof jacket to get me through this wet season. My winter coat felt too heavy and I wanted a lightweight option that was more sporty than my trench. Enter: this chic anorak style from Bernardo–which may actually be the first raincoat I’ve been this excited about ever(!) as it’s much more stylish than any previous anoraks I have come across. The light sand color feels fresh for spring (also comes in this fun crimson color too), it’s breathable, and I love that it’s an easy packable option for my visits into San Francisco (where you often need a light rain jacket all summer long). Checked all of my spring raincoat requirements!
After searching around I found additional great spring jacket options from Bernardo, like this bomber, and this utility coat (which I love in army green). Perfect for transitioning into the new season and all at a really reasonable price point.
