I spent most of Sunday at my computer catching up on work and editing photos from the past two weeks and will be sharing them soon but in the meantime ~ here’s a look from this weekend. I’ve been on the look out for dressier short options for summer and scooped up this high-waisted hunter green pair at Sandro while in Avignon. I also took a tip from my mom and bought the coordinating top to go with (she’s always been a fan of matching sets as they make getting dressed a no-brainer). Moms know best. And speaking of dressier shorts–I’m also a big fan of this black pair… I love the gold button detail.
It felt good to be home and reunited with my guy (he was only with us for the first leg of the trip in Paris). We stayed out of the heat as much as possible (it was in the 90’s here this past weekend)… looks like the intense heat of summer has officially hit. I slathered on the spf, and hid from the sun under my favorite straw hat. We caught up on Orange is the New Black, shared pizza at our date night spot, Masullo, and spent Sunday reading and catching up on work to prep for a busy week!
