Each spring / summer I usually invest in a few new pairs of sandals to replace the previous summer’s (as I wear those babies out completely by the end of the season!). However, after discovering and becoming obsessed with 100% leather sandals while traveling through Europe there’s been less replacing over the years and no turning back. They’re so worth the extra investment as they mold to your feet throughout the summer–making them incredibly comfortable and all you’ll want on your feet for years to come. The more worn-in the better. This season I’ve discovered a new leather sandal line that I’m excited about: beek. Beek was started by two girlfriends who are all about comfort when it comes to style–hey me too!–and they’ve got that California ease down.
After browsing their site for some time–tough decision, I finally decided to go with the Heron as I can’t get enough of the ankle wrapped sandal look.
Another cool fact about beek: for every sandal purchased they donate a meal to a child in need.
