It almost seems silly to be posting this spring-like look on the morning I fly off to snowy New York (for fashion week), but a dose of open toed sandals, minty fresh cashmere, and lighter washed denim (really into it for spring) does the mind, body and spirit good. Right? At least mine… and especially since this California girl has sure been spoiled weather-wise these past couple of months. I’m honestly afraid I won’t be able to hang in those freezing temperatures like I once did.
Snow aside, I really am looking forward to a true dose of winter (I can finally make use of my beanies and shearling coat!) and can’t wait for some quality time with my girlfriends, to eat at as many of my favorite spots as possible, and to get my fall-fashion fill. You can follow along with me for the next few days here.
Wearing: Equipment Sweater. Current/Elliott Jeans. Zara Heels. 3.1 Phillip Lim Clutch. Anthropologie Necklace.
Note: I sized up when ordering this cozy knit (2 sizes) so it would fit as if it was my “guys.” I’m so happy I did as it’s the perfect amount of slouchy, and will be ideal for layering this weekend back east. Mint actually seems to be the only color I packed other than grays, blacks, and neutrals.
