My guy and I can always count on Low Brau for a fun and low-key night. Located in the heart of Midtown, it’s the kind of spot that you can walk in at anytime… midday after hanging at the farmers market for a late brunch, a pre-dinner cocktail or late night beer. We tend to bring our out of town friends here, or to BlockBar (just next door), for a drink as they’re both just the chill vibe we’re all about. We actually have a number of great low key bars here in Sacramento, including a couple newbies that I have yet to check out, but these two are still some of our faves. I wrote this November’s city guide for Sunset Magazine featuring a few of my favorite spots here in Sacramento… and you may have caught a glimpse of this spot on IG over the weekend as I took over their instagram account.
If you’ve been thinking of heading to Sac for the weekend definitely pick up a copy of the latest Sunset! And for more of my favorites you can read my Sacramento guide that I put together last year.
Now, let’s talk about these boots (last seen here). I scored these red beauties during a Net-A-Porter super sale. If I’m being honest I didn’t wear them that much last year as they felt a bit loud… but now that red boots are having a serious moment this fall I’m all about them again. See I have this thing for fun boots… you may remember THESE!, or these suede red ones… I just love that they jazz up the most simple of looks.
Additional red boots to add interest on the feet…
Wearing this blouse again! It’s so so soft. I also have and wear this blouse a lot (now on sale!)–which is perfect for the holidays with a slight silver shimmer.
The Look | Rebecca Taylor Blouse. Re/Done Jeans. Chloé Boots (also crushing on these in suede!). Janessa Leone Hat (also love this style).
