A few of you requested a spring dress edit––”garden party-attire”–which happens to be all I’m dreaming about these days (a garden party!), so of course I was excited to pull one together. I began with a mix of favorite floral dresses but then threw in some other options and cotton-poplin black as well… as I’m a spring / summer all-black girl myself. Anyway it’s a bit of a mix for you! Hopefully with some varying price-points and silhouette’s as well.
Some designer go-to’s of mine for garden party florals are: Dôen (for more casual cotton dresses) and Ulla Johnson / Zimmermann for more special occasions. I mean this is my dream right now!! And I’m also dreaming of wearing this. I’m not sure if it’s having a little girl and falling for more of the dainty floral patterns this year and softer hues, or the pandemic that has me craving dressing up. Now we just need our garden to bloom… and a cocktail in hand!
