The Brunch Look: Rag & Bone Blazer. Iro Tee. HUE Tuxedo Ponte Leggings. Tibi Booties.
Céline Purse. Linda Farrow for The Row Sunglasses. Preston and Olivia Fedora.
During my final week in New York, when it was just starting to feel like fall, I styled a couple HUE leggings and tights for WhoWhatWear which officially put me in the autumnal mood! In fact, it was the East Coast that really turned me onto leggings in the first place as they really are necessary for winter layering.
I wanted to be sure to pop into all of my favorite haunts before I moved and these were the final looks I wore on a brunch date to Buvette, my birthday dinner at Aria, and the errands / coffee runs in between.
The Date-Night Look: Clover Canyon Dress. HUE Opaque Tights. DVF Booties (similar).
I’m actually really bummed to be leaving New York during my favorite time of the year. The changing leaves! Apple picking! Fall on the East Coast really is quite magical. Oh and don’t even get me started on the holiday decor that starts rolling out just after Thanksgiving.
The Errands Look: Equipment Blouse. Robert Rodriguez Sweatshirt. HUE Leatherette Leggings.
I have to say, these leatherette leggings were my favorite (you know I’m a leather pants kinda girl). They could easily be dressed up with heels but I opted to wear them with sneakers for an afternoon spent running last minute errands in the neighborhood. Fedex and coffee runs ~ you know the deal.
