Last summer I was all about the wedge sneaker (and totally still am) but this summer I’ve been getting more wear out of boots. Yes, even in the crazy heat–as boots have something effortlessly cool that sandals just can’t top. Ever since being introduced to Anine Bing by my girlfriend Sam earlier this summer, I’ve a) been scooping up quite a few of her pieces (this dress, this similar skirt to name a couple) and b) have been living in the above star boot. Since I receive so many comments and questions about these boots I thought I’d let you guys know that Anine Bing is having a pretty sweet sale this weekend.
