Nothing puts me more in the spring spirit than a sweet blouse. And since today marks the first official day of the new, warmer season I thought I’d round up the styles that are giving me a serious case of spring fever. I’m crushing hard on eyelet cutouts, vintage-inspired high collars, exaggerated sleeves, moody floral prints, and breezy silks. With Rex now silk blouses aren’t the most practical choice but that just makes them all the more special. I’m savoring the chances I get to slip them on (like when my mother-in-law is watching Rex and I can sneak out for a coffee date). And when I am with Rex I’m choosing prints that will hide any drool and cotton styles that are easy to wash. I’ll be wearing mine paired with my must-have spring denim style (a high-rise crop that fits and feels like the perfect vintage Levis–also love this distressed wash too).
