Friday I had a couple of girlfriends over for a casual backyard hang… which turned into family happy hour when my husband came home. Basically the most perfect way to kick off the weekend! When my girlfriends came over I still had my jeans on and ran upstairs quickly to change as it was warm and I was in the mood for a dress. It’s always those moments when you have two minutes to change and you realize that whatever you grab for is probably one of hero closet staples. This floral Isabel Marant dress is one of those spring pieces for me as it’s easy breezy and I always feel good in it! It’s from a couple of seasons back now but since so many of you asked me on IG where it was from I thought I’d share a few similar styles (see below! at a variety of price points). Three reasons I love and keep pulling for this maxi year after year (and to think about when purchasing): 1) The length is perfect on me so I can just go barefoot (key when hanging at home). 2) I like that the sleeves are longer because sometimes you just don’t want your arms exposed. 3) It’s lower cut so its still feels little sexy!
I also really love this styling of the floral dress for a night out if it’s not quite as long, (worn with skinny jeans and heels).
