If you’ve been following along, you saw some snippets from my recent 4 day weekend in Puerto Rico with the Jockey activewear team and friends. I was so thrilled to get to bring along one of my bestie’s, Ashley, who beautifully captured the weekend better than I ever could and am excited to finally share her photos with you! We were generously put up at the El Conquistador, a Waldorf Astoria Resort and Spa located in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. And actually, besides an afternoon walk through the rainforest, we spent the entire time on the hotel’s beautiful property and private island. The weekend was the ultimate girlfriend escape for Ashley and I–complete with seeing old friends (from New York), spa treatments upon arrival (the ultimate luxury after a California-cross-country-red-eye flight), yoga with an incredible view, multiple poolside piña colada indulgences, post-dinner dancing shenanigans, and a dip in the crystal clear ocean. 4 days is just never enough is it? I’ll let the photos do most of the talking and stay-tuned… I have more to share this week!

One of the highlights for me was our hike through El Yunque rainforest. This was our only outing as a group off the resort (about 1 hour away) but was well worth the drive (and missed ocean time) for a little exercise in nature.
Our guide turned my arm into a piece of art with clay stones he found along the trail.
