I’ve been reverting to my high school days (when I would hang my prom corsages and roses to dry in the corner of my room) and have been drying flowers non-stop this summer. It all started accidentally really. It’s been so hot here that my farmers market blooms have been dying within a day or two, and since I’m rarely home for more than a few days anyway it’s been the perfect way to incorporate color around our apartment without having to worry about trying to keep flowers alive. I started by placing them above my desk but have since discovered so many other creative ways to display them that I thought I’d share some of the inspiration that I’ve dug up recently over on Pinterest.
1. in glass containers above the desk.
2. in the hair. 3. photo backdrop. 4. wall art. 5. wreath (planning to make one for Syllabus soon).
6. gift wrapping. 7. table centerpiece. 8. on display in jars.
