It has felt so good to get back into the swing(-ish) of things post holiday-break and to have Rex back in school, ha! January is always a month I take extra slow–shared my Jan slow-to-do’s here. It’s been rainy so I made three soups this week which felt like a real win (I love having the fridge stocked with healthy meals), spent most of the week in this cozy-set, and am looking forward to a weekend with zero plans.
It’s taken me a few months with this mom-of-two-thing but I’ve finally figured out a better routine (thanks to a lot of help) and am looking forward to bringing you more CITNB inspiration in the coming months! I took notes on your requests over the break and plan to continue rolling out those posts for you over the next couples of weeks. As always, keep the requests coming! A Baby Brand I Love
This is the rainbow mobile we have hanging above Willow’s room and it just makes me so happy (you can also find it here). I’ve really fallen for this sweet brand, Blabla–everything is handmade and they also plant a tree for every doll purchase. Oh and their rattles are my fave gift!
A New Hat
I just ordered a new Janessa Leone hat and am obsessed with the fit and look of this style. It’s SO good. I wish I had it for fall / winter but honestly it’s a style I will wear year round since I’m in SF all the time… the city where fall-style lives every day of the year.

Rex’s Art / Play Table
I received a number of DM’s about Rex’s table so I thought I’d share the link again here (it also comes in white). I searched for a year or so for a simple vintage table but couldn’t find one that was the right size etc… so we finally gave him this one for his third birthday. I wanted something simple and couldn’t be happier with it. It’s pricey but a table that will get A LOT of love over the years so I think totally worth it.

You know my love for the brand Ozma, well I just love supporting this LA made / located team and their end of the season sale has some good scores. Including my favorite silk scarfs.
Up Your Vitamin C
I swear by these Vitamin C packs… they’re my health-secret. Everyone in my family was sick over the holidays and I was over there taking my gel packs (they don’t taste great)… but I wasn’t sick. Just saying! I think I first read about Jenni Kayne taking them and I’ve been hooked ever since.
