In the past year I swear more fine lines and sun spots have snuck up on me–seemingly out of nowhere. I blame turning 30. My girlfriends and I were just joking about this last weekend and I admitted that I’m not even scrunching my face when my yoga instructor tells us to tighten every muscle in our bodies for fear of adding to those wrinkles! Seriously, I guess I’m that girl now. With fine lines on the mind (oh and I still battle with adult acne which is fun) I started getting mini peels with my local aesthetician* a couple months ago. I decided I wanted 30 to finally be the year of good skin.
Enter my latest skincare obsession and my October splurge worthy beauty buy: La Mer’s Renewal Oil. I’ve incorporated this heavenly smelling oil into my skincare routine, and along with the peels I think those fine lines and acne scars are actually fading. My skin is glowy-er than ever.
I try to savor the drops as it’s basically liquid gold but it’s also amazing to use on dry skin or your hair as well. You know I love my hair and body oils!
