There are three looks I’ll be bouncing between this holiday season: unexpected neons (definitely one way to make an entrance), metallics and all things sequined and shiny, and just keeping it classic with those chic forever staples. A few styling notes and pieces that have caught my eye across the web while browsing for the upcoming party season are below! Also! the fall sales have been especially good this season and are getting me into some trouble. Shopbop is having a major fall sale (up to 50% off) and Net-A-Porter is having 25% off their seasonal edit. I snagged a few pieces to try for upcoming events including some classic forever pieces like this blouse and some more seasonal pieces like this iridescent metallic top, .

I’m always fond of an unexpected neon holiday moment. (One sure way to stand out in a sea of black!) If you’re hesitant, go with a neon blouse and keep the bottom dark. Or a neon / colorful heel that doesn’t necessarily match.
Love a classic tie blouse too!
Alice + Olivia is currently 50% off on The Outnet right now. Always a great brand to browse for sequins! I still have some A+O sequin pieces from 8+ years ago that I pull for each holiday season. A charcoal colored sequin blazer was one of my best A+O purchases, similar to this style.
this strap-y heel (comes in both black and nude).
Always love this silhouette–universally flattering. On sale, and still available in all sizes here.
A wide-leg velvet pant for holiday season mixing-and-matching. If I was taller I would be all about this evening look.
You know I love a kimono. Super love this kimono style dress if you’re looking for something a bit more conservative. Perhaps, an office party? I would even wear it as a jacket… open with a silk tank and pants. (Also now is a good time to browse Barney’s Warehouse–so many designer deals).
Gold sequin shift top to pair with jeans and heels.
If you have a bump this season, check Hatch–(love this dress in the navy).
Love the back on this sequined dress!
