A favorite neighborhood gem of mine is La Lola. The casual atmosphere, spanish tapas and tasty house sangria makes for the perfect place to meet friends. This cute food/wine bar is nestled on the corner of Mason and Pacific among quaint apartments in Nob Hill. If you sit near the window you can watch the cable cars pass by. It is so San Francisco and yet at the same time feels very European. If you happen to have time after work I suggest going during their happy hour. $3 sangria and bar fries (pictured below) just can’t be beat.
PS: I want a red chandelier in my home one day.
