Nothing resets me more than that fresh coastal air! Love me a chilly beach day and a cozy cabin family hang. We felt a bit guilty using Tanner’s vacation time on just ourselves (taking a week away from the kids to go to Mexico City in early June) so we had planned a weekend trip to Bolinas with Rex and Willow for when we returned. Tamales Bay has become our true happy place over the years. We are big on hiking, ocean adventures, foggy mornings and bundling up for fireside dinners… which you can pretty much do year-round here. It’s also always so nice to escape Sacramento’s heat for the cooler temps during these hot summer months.
